You can collect tips and advice and offer them for free. You could also write a monthly newsletter and let people subscribe to it. That would help bring traffic to your site. You could offer unique stories and look for unique items pertaining to weddings to sell on your wedding planning website.
A message forum would be a good addition to a wedding planning website because it would let people exchange ideas with one another. Brides-to-be could post things they're looking to find at a bargain such as serving supplies. Perhaps they could buy them at a bargain price from someone who had used it once many years ago. People could post recipes for punch, wedding fare and wedding cakes along with pictures.

Some couples have insisted on no gifts for them, only donations to a favorite charity.
You could collect stories like these and post them on your wedding planning website. You will drive traffic to your website if you make it attractive and interesting.
